As part of the JAGEX studio management group, owning P&L and long-term roadmap: Enabled the RuneScape vertical to develop a 3-years turnaround roadmap, introducing Design Sprints and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Founded Mobile Monsters with the idea to build a game-design-oriented mobile-development-framework. Signed 5 publishing contracts, secured 3 investments.
