Wavespace Experience Design & Facilitation:

• Work in the mobile team on international projects with a later focus on the Europe West region
• 3 years of moderating co-creation workshops with clients on visions, strategy, business models, transformations roadmaps and more

Cross-Business Innovation:

• Consulting and facilitation of a cross-industry workstream of enterprise architects (automotive, telecom, chemical)
• Focus on disruptive digital business models, data architecture, and enterprise architecture transformation for digital services

Data & Sourcing Strategy (Automotive):

• Development of short-, medium-, and long-term global data strategy for a service provider for public charging networks
• Goal: attract further strategic partners for the platform, build up market knowledge in e-mobility market, and increase customer satisfaction

Digital Strategy (Public Sector):

• Consulting for a global, public development program
• Creation of digitization strategy, integration of innovation network, and activation of digital transformation
• Development of digital lighthouse projects in innovation workshops

Data-Driven Business Models (Telecommunication):

• Advising a telecommunications company on innovative, data-driven business models and associated data strategy
• Context: new, voice-driven platform
• Goal: Development of new revenue streams within the ecosystem to be established

Platform & App Development (Public Sector):

• Project initiation, requirements analysis, risk management, and architecture development for future in-house app development strategy
• Conception of the first prototype for a central mobile app as a one-stop-shop for end customers
