- Consulted for a global, public development program: Created the digitization strategy, integrated the innovation network, and activated digital transformation. Subsequently, developed digital lighthouse projects in innovation workshops (Digital Strategy for a public sector client).
- Advised a telecommunications company on innovative, data-driven business models and an associated data strategy in the context of a new, voice-driven platform, with the goal of developing new revenue streams within the established ecosystem (Data-Driven Business Models).
- Led project initiation, requirements analysis, risk management, and architecture development for a future in-house app development strategy, including conception of the first prototype for a central mobile app as a one-stop-shop for end customers (Platform & App Development for a public sector client).
