As founder of viadoo GmbH and a top management consultant, I have spent many years developing and implementing change and communication concepts. I always consider both the big picture on the macro level (systems, structures, cultures) and the human dynamics on the micro level (motives, relationships, emotions). This holistic perspective shapes my approach, as do my quick understanding, empathy and hands-on mentality.

These skills are especially effective in demanding projects with high complexity and pressure, such as M&As (post-merger integration) or restructuring. I have a keen sense for the human dynamics that decide success or failure: trust, resistance, informal power, hidden conflicts, team dynamics and leadership culture. As an experienced leader and certified change manager, I consistently manage these factors to ensure project success.

Communication is my third clear focus – from a rare threefold perspective: as a journalist and author, as head of corporate communications and spokesperson, and as a media manager. This combination allows me to translate strategies into clear narratives, guide stakeholders confidently through uncertainty, and anchor changes through targeted communication, precise formats and effective storytelling.

For many years, I have had the privilege of planning and successfully managing complex transformation initiatives – including interim assignments – both in medium-sized companies and in DAX corporations.
