• Leading a team of 3 Event Marketers
• Management of +140 event activities annually resulting in +9M Euro inbound event pipeline
• Creation of SoSafe's own event brand "Human Firewall Conference " incl. project leadership. Scaling the conference to +5.000 hybrid attendees in 3 years.
• Budget responsibility over 3,5M Euro
• Global marketing management in collaboration with Growth & Content Marketing
• Optimization of lead funnel flow and MQL to SAO rates with Sales Leadership & Partner Management

• Management of events with up to 10,000 guests, including budget, contract and stakeholder management.
