Semester’s Thesis (Grade 1,0): Re-implementation of a non-differentiable C++-based SLAM system into a fully differentiable architecture using Python, PyTorch, and PyPose to enable gradient-based optimization and embedding into an end-to-end differentiable software pipeline of an autonomous vehicle. Authored a scientific paper in English detailing methodology and results.
Master’s Thesis (Grade 1,0): Conception and development of a novel end-to-end differentiable SLAM system for embedded systems, based on analysis of over 400 scientific publications with various sensor modalities (LiDAR, RGB-D, RADAR), testing of existing systems, development of algorithms to accelerate mathematical problems, and design and training of neural networks. Thesis written and defended in English.
