• Researched, developed, and implemented comprehensive digital strategy to modernize and accelerate processes of sports club with approximately 1300 members.

• System Architecture & Implementation: Conceived and set up central cost- and energy-efficient ARM-based server infrastructure.

• Selected, installed, and configured open-source solutions for knowledge management, ticket booking, and member management.

• Research-intensive master’s program to deepen fundamentals in computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. Focus on central hardware components of modern vehicles through lectures such as Design of Electric Vehicles, Microtechnical Sensors & Actuators, and Lithium-Ion Battery Production. • Semester’s Thesis (Grade 1,0): Re-implementation of a non-differentiable C++-based SLAM system into a fully differentiable architecture using Python, PyTorch, and PyPose to enable gradient-based optimization and embedding into an end-to-end differentiable software pipeline of an autonomous vehicle. Authored a scientific paper in English detailing methodology and results.

• Master’s Thesis (Grade 1,0): Conception and development of a novel end-to-end differentiable SLAM system for embedded systems, based on analysis of over 400 scientific publications with various sensor modalities (LiDAR, RGB-D, RADAR), testing of existing systems, development of algorithms to accelerate mathematical problems, and design and training of neural networks. Thesis written and defended in English.

• Built citizen’s initiative to promote energy transition through knowledge transfer, project development, and excursions.

• Policy Advocacy & Project Initiation: Developed and directed data-driven feasibility study on local carsharing and presented findings to municipal council, persuading launch of community-wide carsharing program.

• Content Strategy & Public Relations: Developed monthly publication format Energiegedanke and authored technical articles on redox flow batteries, river heat pumps, ice storage systems, and PV surplus charging for website and local print media.

• Knowledge Transfer & Youth Education: Planned and conducted annual holiday program for children, designing and 3D printing interactive demonstration models (e.g., steam engine, water wheel test stand).

• Foundational program with specialization in automation, additive manufacturing, software development, and artificial intelligence.

• Bachelor’s Thesis (Grade 1,0): Developed and integrated a complete HMI for the autonomous vehicle autoTAXI as part of the UNICARagil research project.

• Full-Stack Responsibility: Designed entire system from cross-platform tablet app development and low-level C++ microcontroller programming (seat control) to configuration of central control unit (Raspberry Pi), including web server setup according to OpenAPI specification, component soldering, and HMI integration into ROS-based vehicle software architecture (ASOA).

• Consulting for SMEs, start-ups, and associations on digital transformation. Full responsibility for entire project cycles from strategic development and technical implementation to marketing and long-term support.

• Software & Application Development: Conception and implementation of custom websites, software solutions, and cross-platform apps (iOS/Android) to optimize market presence, automate business processes, and increase operational efficiency.

• IT Consulting: Advising CEOs and managing directors in the DACH region and internationally on future-proof IT strategies, including web presence, cloud infrastructure, and AI applications.
