Transfer Project Manager

Successful transfer of all industrialization, series, and spare parts projects (ET) from two closing plants to three receiving plants as part of a turnaround.

Project management and coordination with the following tasks:

• Identifying the scope to be transferred (products and variants in series and ET business; affected equipment)
• Determining the type of transfer (complete line, tools and equipment, or duplication)
• Leading various regular communications

• Support until level 1 sampling or SOP (depending on lead time)

Effective management of the department/business unit as interim manager.

Leading acquisition, sales, and project management activities for customers Porsche and Audi:

• Responsibility for revenue from the Porsche/Audi customer group (approx. €50 million p.a.)
• Disciplinary leadership of the BU (10 employees)
• Company representation externally
• Acquisition and negotiation of new projects and changes
• Responsibility for budgeting and departmental controlling
• Leading and realigning the department following a period of major change with high staff turnover
