Product Manager/Sr. Ariba Architect

Having 13+ years of experience in IT industry, working as Product Manager, Business Analyst and solution architect managing multiple products and projects with extensive experience into product development and management, business analysis and business stakeholder management. Working experience into Procurement Domain, Source to Pay processes and execution of various S2P projects across the geography. Extensive exposure into on demand and on-premises SAP Ariba Spend Management Solutions, Buying & Invoicing (Procure-to-Pay), Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Ariba APIs to integrate with third party systems. Well versed and experience into SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Material Management, SAP Field glass and Accounts Payable processes and systems. Experience into Purchasing and Procurement processes in SAP S/4 HANA Material Management. Architecting and managing Purchasing and Requisitioning, Receipting and Invoicing processes within SAP – MM, FI & CO. Well versed with the orchestration of finance and controlling objects involved in Source to Pay processes. Experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing SAP Ariba On-Demand solutions and integration methodologies - Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Cloud Integration 9.0, Integration Toolkit (ITK) and SAP Digital Supplier Network (DSN) to integrate with ERP’s – SAP ECC, S/4, Oracle, and JD Edwards. Experience handling Production Cutover activities, migration of various data objects in SAP Ariba and S/4 HANA Well versed with Post Go-live/Deployment Hyper Care and Support. Experience handling high volume production issues/incidents, fix and issue triaging with leading support teams. Hands-on experience in Service Now ITSM process, Incident Management, Sprint/Scrum/Stories management solutions In depth knowledge of Agile Development, Scrum, Business Analysis, Requirement gathering, elicitation and mapping. Expertise in implementing Ariba solutions with various ERP’s using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Integration Toolkit (ITK), web services and maintaining and managing all master data and transactional data. Proficient in conducting workshops, business requirement gathering and data analysis including ERP masters like Vendor Master, Material Master, and Accounting Data for Ariba on demand solutions. Efficient in understanding the business processes, requirements, configuration, and customization and communicating with stakeholders to find a feasible solution and work around. Experience in leading a team and carrying out all support activities along with maintaining and meeting SLA’s. Ability to handle a given task with full dedication, interest and to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment. Assertive and eager to take ownership of project task and assignments and keen to learn new concepts, technologies and adapt to new environment.
