Summary

In my nearly 20-year career as an employee at BMW, I have built skills across a wide range of fields. As a long-time specialist buyer, I handled all purchasing topics such as market analysis, negotiations, requirements management, supplier and supply chain management.

In my multi-year role as a project buyer, culminating in department management at the BMW-PSA joint venture start-up “bpce”, I also managed the purchasing side of process modeling, alignment and introduction of processes, procurement systems, control tools and contract management.

After moving to international BMW Motorrad sales, I expanded my scope to include reporting, market development, product management, market and logistics coordination from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

As a trained industrial engineer and industrial clerk with a strong technical affinity and a hands-on mentality, I was able early on to bridge the gap between technology and business administration and turn my fast analysis of complex issues into time- and resource-saving optimization.

I always start with a solid initial analysis involving all stakeholders, and then work together to reach the goal effectively, efficiently and in a socially responsible way using tools like BPMN, needs analysis, design thinking, best practices, etc.

To pursue this path more strongly, I became self-employed as a consultant in 2019 and have been able to successfully apply and deepen my broad knowledge in several projects in the energy sector. During this time, I also worked as a trainer and coach for staff from employee to department head level.

I also independently developed a trigger point massager using CAD design and 3D printing, and received a German utility model for it.

Both privately and professionally, sustainability, resource conservation, environmental protection and social commitment (for example as a parent council member and in a support association) are very important to me.

Privately, my focus is on family and friends as well as pursuing my hobbies.
