I am a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agile Management Consultant, Digital Start-up Pioneer, Entrepreneur who always focusing on customer centricity and outcome.

I have diverse experience in setting up new digital business, executing and expanding these successfully. Hereby I am used to work across remote international structures in banking 4.0, industry 4.0 and logistics 4.0.

It is my passion to continuously analyse & interpret results in order to steer and achieve long term goals on the roadmap set-up. Using Lean and Agile methods, my knowledge and insight in digital growth strategies will lead to improvement and delivery of value.

As an Agile Coach & Servant Leader, I act as an enabler and sparring partner so teams can keep focused on continuous delivery of value for both customers and business. I thrive to simplify complex issues to increase the inclusion and buy in of all stakeholders. My experience spans coaching co-located scrum teams to remote teams in multiple international locations and working in Scrum, scaled Agile frameworks like LeSS and SAFe.

As a change agent, I never lose sight of the human aspect whilst I apply a high level of strategic thinking and acumen to identify the most relevant opportunities for improvement. My hands-on mentality helps me to execute change projects with a high level of value-added.

As a start-up entrepreneur, I have diverse international experience in various areas of management, such as innovation- and project management, business and growth strategies, digital transformation, digital product development, integration and optimization of value chains, purchasing and sales negotiation, planning, organisation and controlling.
