Developed project is a refactoring in the new microservices architecture (MSA) of the previously developed mobile MaaS application DARB (iOS, Android); project executed in SCRUM framework. Successfully completed Phase 1 of the project.

Facilitated team of 40 developers (Android, iOS, Web, Java, DevOps, Architectors, Analysts, QA specialists). Moderated Scrum events, communicated with Client, improved Scrum processes. Optimized development processes, adjusted dev workflows in Jira / Azure. Proactively reported on project deadlines, scope of work, and potential challenges. Added to Jira / Azure required filters/dashboards. Carried out cross-team coordination between Thiqah specialists and GPS dev teams.

Due to scaling of Thiqah via its takeover by Elm, it was decided to continue implementation of Phases 2 and 3 of the project entirely in Saudi Arabia, leaving GPS only for IT consulting.

• Mobile applications B2B/B2C, iOS/Android (FineReader PDF, Business Card Reader, TextGrabber), distributed team of 20 specialists. Released 28 significant feature releases
• Commercial mobile SDKs for auto-capture and OCR from mobile camera (iOS, Android, Cross-platform Cordova/Ionic/Xamarin/React Native, Web (react.js)), distributed team of 15 developers. Released 16 significant releases.
• Took responsibility for development and maintenance of Mobile Input component for the new ABBYY Vantage SaaS microservice platform. Participated in forming out zero-footprint concept for Mobile Input, combining mobile Web with mobile micro-apps iOS.appClip and Android.InstantApp. Designed integration of Mobile Input into Vantage transactions, added required resources and adjustments into Vantage Processing REST API (Swagger). Launched the new component, made 3 significant releases of it.
• Led preparation of Mobile Input for Vantage Solutions (multi-doc skills). Designed 2 microservices (C#) and required PostgreSQL repositories of user JSON scripts and scans of doc pages. Made proper update of REST API for Vantage Solutions. Set dev-tasks of required microservices, as well as 2 web-samples of client-apps (react, Mobile Input: Passports, ID cards). Managed development.

Led the full product development lifecycle starting from budgets, contracts & roadmaps up to releases and technical support. Consistently managed 5-7 simultaneous projects contributing to the overall success of ABBYY Mobile Technologies.

Led gathering business requirements, preparation of technical specifications (Confluence, Visio, Draw.io), designed interfaces, wrote integration specifications (REST API, Swagger).
