My responsibilities include: Managing and budgeting external international integration partners, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient implementations Introducing and establishing IT and data quality standards to optimize processes and ensure consistent, reliable data Analyzing existing infrastructure and workflows to identify optimization opportunities Advising on the selection and implementation of suitable technologies and tools to increase efficiency and scalability Training and supporting internal teams to sustainably implement and adhere to the new standards

Sylvester is a non-profit organization building a network of collectively owned and funded conservation areas and nature parks in Europe. Using blockchain-based decentralized finance, Sylvester aims to accelerate ecosystem recovery and make conservation accessible to everyone. As a volunteer developer, my tasks include: Creating the Web3 tech stack (independent of the existing website) Developing the Web3 shop with Next.js and Thirdweb

As co-founder of Evender (now Open GmbH), I was responsible for the frontend development of the native iOS app and drove both the strategic and operational company development. In addition to strong technical skills, I gained extensive experience in corporate business development, including business modeling, market analysis, creating pitch decks, and working with investors.
