• Communication, coordination and validation of the roadmap for each stakeholder
• Coordination and recording of relevant and necessary stories
• Creation of the necessary user stories and market-specific must-haves
• Creation and specification of implementable user stories in the backlog
• Refinement of the user stories with the development and test team
• Monitoring of the entire development of the user stories
• Acceptance of the content of the user stories
• GoLive and start up support

Introduction of a calculation and contract management system for vehicle and equipment leasing:

• Design and development of the application architecture
• Consulting for application development
• Creation of system documentation
• Planning and conducting required employee training
• Support for project management

Implementation of a new core banking system:

• Analysis, design and selection of IT systems
• Business process analysis and optimization
• Creation of an integration concept to incorporate industry-specific special applications into the overall system
• Consulting on contract arrangements with external service providers
• Project management assistance

Account Management:

• Company-wide advising and support of clients across all management levels
• Expansion and maintenance of client relationships
• Identification of new services for clients
• Internal and external commissioning of service providers
• Participation in proposal development and revenue planning
• Assistance with service definition and contract arrangements
• Organization and execution of client events
• Coordination and co-development of the product portfolio

Project Manager for Dealer Management Systems:

• Leading projects to implement a Dealer Management System during the launch of new dealerships
• Implementation and further development of the DMS system
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in the main areas of service, sales/dealership trade, CRM
• Creation of process and work instructions
• Planning and conducting workshops and training sessions
