I co-led eyeo as Managing Director / COO. For 1.5 years I additionally held the CTO position, reporting directly to eyeo’s supervisory board.

• Led engineering, product, UX, data, and R&D (~130 people)
• Nearly tripled user base (100M to 250M), resulting in doubling of revenues (€37M to €70+M)
• Oversaw the development of the world’s first AI-driven ad-filtering technology
• Introduced DevOps, automated build and testing, decreasing release cycles from >4 months to <2 weeks

• Achieved 50% women in leadership roles; increased female staff from 33% to 43%
• Achieved carbon neutrality by setting goals & policies, ESG reporting, and CO2 compensation
