With deeply rooted values and the motto “A man. A word.” and the unwavering belief that excellence is an ongoing process: “Whoever has stopped getting better has stopped being good” – I have shaped my career. These principles led me in record time to become the youngest Head at Red Bull, where I took charge of a 15-person team and an annual budget of €20 million. Despite the tempting prospect of a continuously successful career in an established company, I consciously chose the path of self-employment. My goal is to achieve financial independence by the age of 40, a plan that reflects both my entrepreneurial vision and my personal development journey.
