The aim of this project was to optimize the conversion rate of one of Germany's leading B2B online shops.
A special focus was on optimizing the search, self-service, and checkout.
Based on solid A/B tests and qualitative research methods, including user tests and interviews, I systematically improved the virtual shopping experience.
At the same time, I developed concepts for AI-powered sales consultants.
