Summary

Over 20 years ago I started my journey in creating applications, mainly with web technologies. It was in elementary school when we were offered a special program to learn about web development for a week. That’s all it took to get me hooked. Fascinated by the possibilities, I spent nearly every spare minute building websites and learning new technologies and approaches. I began creating sites with custom Content Management Systems for local organizations, sports clubs, and more. Of course those early sites were basic compared to what we can do today, but it was a humble start. A few years in, I began to think not only how I build things, but also why. That’s when I dove into User Experience. I wanted to build technically sound solutions that also added real value, solved problems, and were even enjoyable to use. This shift gave me a new perspective on building solutions, even on the technical side. For the last 9 years I’ve worked as a consultant and Full-Stack UX Engineer and Architect through my own small company.
