zinehub is a no-code experience builder that helps some of the leading D2C brands like yfood to create high-converting shopping experiences optimized for short-video social and influencer ads. We are backed by a global VC/ accelerator, invited to speak at leading eCom conferences (K5) and are fortunate to work with some of the most successful European D2C brands.

I co-founded zinehub after experiencing the pain of learning design driven website builders as a marketer, and I am responsible for everything non- engineering:

  • leading the company from idea to vision to execution
  • product roadmap and feature prioritization incl. prototyping and UI/UX designs
  • contributing to MVP codebase leveraging genAI
  • acquiring and serving the first paying customers
  • iterating on messaging and demand gen via landing page testing, content and conferences
  • raising funds from a global VC/accelerator and public grants
  • all operational tasks (internal docs, hiring, accounting, legal) Before zinehub, we worked on an analytics & CRM SaaS (comoon.xyz) for community-driven and blockchain native businesses. We worked with some of the leading enterprises in the space (Dune, Polygon) as pilot users and supporters but decided to pivot due to lacking monetization opportunities.

Director GTM Enablement

fliit was a B2B tech marketplace connecting food players with logistics suppliers and raised +$13m from Maersk and other VCs at Series A. I initially joined as Venture Builder and then was asked to join the leadership team to steer the GTM for the demand side of the platform. I was responsible for the Sales, RevOps and Customer Success teams (10 FTE) and we helped scaling the business to +$1m MRR.

Key initiatives as Director GTM Enablement:

  • continued to lead the Revenue Operations function
  • supported the BU Director to set-up a P&L performance steering process
  • led initiative to reduce churn by aligning GTM strategies for demand & supply
  • supported C-level during due diligence and exit process

Choco

Joined the CEO office after fliit joined Choco. My goal was to test a new marketplace model in the US market together with DoorDash. I was responsible for validating the opportunity, i.e. get the right partners, onboard users, test the value prop, derive product requirements and manage all internal and external stakeholders.

  • responsible to achieve topline targets for +70% of the business
  • hired and led a team of 10 FTEs (direct and indirect) across 4 teams (SDR, AE, Onboarding, RevOps)
  • Supported AEs in closing key strategic deals
  • upgraded CRM (Freshsales) to improve team efficiency (via templates, automations) and improve CRM hygiene (via stage definitions, custom fields)
