Product Service System Designer

As a Product Service Systems Designer, I am skilled in complex service and IT systems. I collaborate with customers to develop successful product and software solutions, aiming to provide the best possible experience for their customers. Whether it's spatial incinerations or the development of new marketable products, I consider myself a bridge builder between physical and digital experiences. Service Designer & Innovator As a designer, I assist in identifying the needs of all stakeholders and help derive goals and strategies for products, whether physical or digital. I support the creation of a service strategy (UX+process management) to align companies or departments with the identified goals. I am equipped with my own set of tools and methods, but I am also open to developing an optimal approach together with you. Designer UX + Industrial Design I can provide operational support throughout the design process, including research, analysis, idea generation, creation, production, and delivery. I am also capable of leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. As a UX/UI designer, I work with you to develop prototypes, conduct testing, and collaborate with programmers for realization. For product designs, I develop concepts, create form studies, small prototypes, and collaborate with engineers on implementation and production strategies.
