Zusammenfassung

The consultant has extensive general management expertise paired with experience in leading the development of digital products, CRM & customer processes and organisational performance. The consultant originates from the automotive industry, where he worked in different leading roles of sales and marketing positions with a focus on transformation, customer processes, performance management and digitalization. His focus is leading large scale organizations through clear strategic guidelines paired with a hands-on mentality when needed. Next to his corporate experience he teaches different master courses at EU Business School. He serves as shareholder and advisor for several small businesses in Yachting and Hospitality, where he drives the digital customer and processes with a focus on leadership and CRM.
