EPCC contract for pharmaceutical process design, installation, commissioning, and qualification inside a new 3-story production facility (400 million EUR).

Context:

• Lead the planning and suppliers coordination on-site
• Represent Bilfinger Germany and France as focal point in front of Octapharma
• Organize the transition phase from 'Installation to Commissioning'
• Organize the commissioning phase and enhance the planning for the qualification phase

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate on-site construction, start-up, and commissioning planning activities:
• Resource loading, progress tracking, and interface management between construction and commissioning phases
• Communication and coordination with project team and stakeholders (Bilfinger France, Germany, Actemium, Octapharma) in English and German
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings in terms of content, scheduling, and organization
• Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and resource tracking

Achievements:

• Piloted project via the key driver: 'Electrical Cabinets'
• Enhanced planning on the Engineering run, IQ, OQ, and PQ phases
• Managed interface between installation and commissioning phases
• Delivered weekly progress reports to the client with key milestone trackers
• Implemented automation planning and tracking at instances level

• Developed a worksite installation tool (Excel) to update the master time schedule and coordinate testing and resource mobilization plans
• Coordinated static SAT agendas between Bilfinger Germany and France

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project input:
• Review organizational scope, plans, schedules, and gap analysis
• Deploy through:
• Meetings with discipline leads (Piping, EIA, Civil Engineering, Quality, Process) to address planning gaps
• Evaluate schedules and perform critical path analysis
• Participate in claim processes and governance committee
• Coordinate with plant directors during meetings

• Created a cashflow monitoring tool based on risk evaluation
• Aligned engineering contractor adherence

• Lead cost control support for HVAC, electrical, and piping lot TB04 (900 million EUR), comprising fluid networks and electrical systems across nine buildings

Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimate:
• Provide estimates for project change requests and reallocated variation works
• Analyze contactor impact reports (IARs) for compliance
• Prepare payment plans for variation works
• Project Performance Management:
• Maintain annual work programs, commitments, and budget
• Implement baseline change requests and deliver risk management inputs
• Generate cash flow reports and CapEx summaries
