David was responsible for developing a whitelabel tax solution for the client BUHL and consulting them. He furthermore was part of the platform team and coached new employees.

• Leading the international product team in a functional manner and shipping a B2B whitelabel solution in close collaboration with the clients

David lead projects in functional manner with cross-functional and international development teams.

• Multi-phase B2B CMS and e-commerce projects: Requirements gathering, documentation and management (SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Conceptualized and delivered a B2B customer portal/platform (e-commerce, self-service, re-order forecasts, customer dashbboard)
• Consulting clients regarding technical and functional possibilities of requirements
• Creating full/comprehensive project & product backlogs from scratch
• Planning of delivery milestones and product roadmap
• Working with an international development team in the agile SCRUM process as proxy Product Owner (responsible for backlogs, refinements, sprint plannings, retrospectives)

David co-lead the iOS and Android team to develop the native app. He also pitched an idea to C-level and was responsible for the concept and implementation into the app.

• Identified potential to improve the app: Try on watches virtually via augmented reality; presented to C-Level; responsible for implementation in the app
• Brought features to life such as the wish list and a new login & registration path from scratch (concept, requirements, testing)
• Tracking KPIs and creating reports (Google Analytics, App Annie)
• Testing and QA of native iOS and Android apps (Testflight, Crashlytics, Applause)
