After a successful soft launch of a new policy administration system, the project aims to fully integrate it with SAP FS-CD. The focus is on ensuring the processing of policy data from the legacy system and the new administration system in FS-CD, while optimizing process workflows.

• Analysis and functional design of business processes in the context of dunning, connection to court dunning, direct debit and payout returns, as well as short-term license plates in FS-CD
• Aligning and developing requirements with the relevant business units
• Creating process models for dunning, returns, seasonal, and short-term license plate processes using BPMN
• Drafting customizing proposals and analyzing the relevant timing in FS-CD
• Coordinating with the development team for implementation and jointly developing efficient solution concepts
• Capturing and documenting requirements and optimizing existing workflows in JIRA and Confluence
