• Service management: design of the Salesforce global service within Allianz Group with set-up and implementation of governance framework for over 70 decentralized instances.
• Contract negotiation: lead of Salesforce improvement team increasing ~15% efficiency (>1.5 Mn/year).
• Agile organization set-up: ideation, definition and launch of the global Salesforce Center of Excellence to leverage economies of scale and reduce technical discrepancies.

• Operating model design: co-definition of the new IT delivery and operating model blueprint of core insurance system divisions, based on DevOps, scaled agile principles and strategic objectives (OKRs).

• Implementation of delivery model: overseeing implementation of the new E2E delivery model in the Sales Area (12 different applications and about 300 FTEs) with set-up of new delivery processes, from demand definition to production release and operations.

Senior consultant (Product owner)

• Product ownership: led the definition, prioritization and implementation of the core insurance system release management backlog across 6 different roll-out programs.
• Impactful delivery: design and definition of new processes leading to general reduction of upgrade time by 55–28% based on customer’s architecture (50k–350k saved per project, per release).
• Automation driven: enhancement of CI/CD pipeline and introducing release orchestrator tool.
• Knowledge sharing and upskilling: levelled up existing CoP with 18 RMs to standardize processes and spread knowledge.

Consultant (Scrum master)

• Delivery of workspace tooling: led infrastructure migration of software development technology (including virtual machines, tooling provision, etc.), from on-prem to cloud.
• Reduction of technical debt: coordinate the installation and configuration of technologies such as Dynatrace, Grafana, XL Release, Sonarqube and different functional application components.
• Process improvement: led definition of faster development cycle (i.e., DB changes from 2 ww to 3 dd).
• Increased deliverable quality: redefinition of testing and production deployment strategy to ensure high software quality and reduction of incidents (95% drop in production incidents after deployment).
