With 15 years of experience as an IT finance project manager, I have gained solid expertise in managing ERP projects, mainly on finance modules.
Currently working as a freelance Finance Product Manager at Bricoman, part of the ADEO group, my work centers on leading finance IT projects on SAP, covering the FI, CO, VIM, and MM modules. These projects involve developments related to the company's operations, regulatory changes, and continuous improvement.
I also support users daily in handling issues, configuration changes, testing, and deploying updates to production.
On a daily basis, I work with finance teams to ensure IT tools make their work easier. This includes accountants, finance team leaders, management controllers, treasury, and even the finance directorate.
This dual IT/Finance role allows me to best address the challenges finance teams face daily, support them in evolving their tools, and ensure smooth operation of the service.
