SAP Program, Project & Roll-Out Manager

IT Manager with over 20 years of experience managing IT operations at both strategic and tactical levels. My objective has always been to enhance the value of IT as a business enablement function by applying the simplest and most cost-effective technology solutions to any business challenge that requires an IT solution. I am a leader with strong management skills and broad experience in technology assessment and deployment, strategic IT planning, implementation, and SAP project management, as well as personnel administration, development, and cost accounting. I can effectively create a technological IT pathway aligned with business strategies, communicate it to managers at all levels, and successfully incorporate it into business processes and systems in a cost-effective manner. I am thoroughly familiar with state-of-the-art ERP solutions (SAP ECC & S/4HANA) in operation. I have extensive experience with client-server architectures based on SAP HANA and have completed many full life cycles. My expertise includes implementations, transformations, conversions, roll-outs including localization, upgrades, redesigns, system replacements, and improvements, with a strong focus on testing, training, and data/object migration. Program, Project, and Roll-out Management based on PMI, Prince2, ASAP, and SAP Activate, including agile practices (sprints), with a focus on stakeholder and people management. I have expertise in change management, risk management, scope management, time management, test management, escalation management, incident management, stress management, performance improvement, quality control, and budget control/reporting. I have experience with ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and Solution Manager. My background includes FI/CO (certified in R/3), along with good SD and MM skills, across many big bang projects in all modules, including HCM, both in the cloud and on-premise. I have worked on harmonization and streamlining business processes, addressing legal and local requirements in Asia, Europe and Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Honduras, and Trinidad and Tobago (notably, Nota Fiscal and Nota Fiscal Eletrônica – NF-e 2, SPED, DANFE, Import/Export). I am also familiar with a range of software management and financial programs including Jira, Synchro, Procwork, Softway, Mastersaf, Microsiga, and Primavera. Additionally, I have experience with interface projects and add-ons, such as cloud-based solutions (SAP Concur, Ariba, etc.).
