Founder and CEO - Senior Business Analyst

Experienced Business Analyst with solid expertise in agile projects, requirements management and process analysis.

I work closely with Product Owners, business units and external IT service providers to capture, analyze and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. I use proven methods like UML and BPMN and modern tools for modeling and documentation.

With my deep experience in the insurance industry – including Allianz, Uniqa and Vienna Insurance Group – I bring a strong understanding of processes like in-/ex collections, claims and commissions.

I also worked as a Solution Developer at ConVista FaktorZehn GmbH in Austria, where I gained hands-on experience with the Faktor Zehn Suite.

I create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria and support development teams in implementation. In Scrum projects, I play a key role in workshops, interviews, backlog prioritization and quality assurance. My approach is analytical, structured and team-oriented, with a strong focus on clear communication between business, IT and external stakeholders.
