After scanning the cards, an automated process is triggered: Fabasoft Mindbreeze reads the QR code on the response cards, finds the matching record in the system, and then initiates the tariff change in SAP IS-U based on this data.
Developed a concept for automating tariff changes in SAP IS-U.
Implemented and adapted JSON interfaces between Fabasoft-SAP PO and Fabasoft-Azure.
Coordinated and documented campaigns in Jira.
Aligned requirements between business units and IT.
Imported data into Fabasoft.
Through many campaigns with over 100k tariff changes each, the call center was significantly relieved.
Parts of the implementation were reused for tariff changes via the website, especially in connection with email campaigns.
The manual rework effort was reduced.
Data quality was improved.
Processing workflows are now more stable.
By reusing parts of the previous implementation, it is now possible to respond flexibly and quickly to new requirements. This enabled rapid payouts as part of the 2024 flood relief effort (EVN pump action) and efficient handling of the VKI campaign for refunding or crediting bonus points following the VKI lawsuit over price increases.
