As part of the project, the further development of the identity management system was advanced. A thorough refactoring of the interfaces to the connected target systems was carried out. Several specialized systems were also successfully integrated into the IAM to ensure seamless identity and access management.

As part of a migration project, an existing identity management system was migrated to a new platform. Previously custom-developed functionalities were reviewed during a comprehensive refactoring and, where possible, replaced with standard functionalities. Processes were adjusted accordingly to ensure optimal integration into the target platform. Careful preparation of the data migration was also carried out to ensure a smooth transition.

As part of the project, processes for authorization assignment in the existing IAM system were further developed and standardized. A special focus was on introducing attestation processes for critical permissions to meet security and compliance requirements. The implementation of "move" processes was also realized to transfer permissions automatically and traceably during role or department changes.

Performed a requirements analysis for the identity management system, then defined the modeling approach and abstraction. Also migrated from a document-based model to a structured UML-based model to improve traceability and maintainability.
