In the project, consulting was provided in enterprise architecture with a focus on the strategic alignment of the IT landscape. In addition, tasks in requirements management were taken on, especially for the structured gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements.

As part of the project, processes for granting permissions in the existing IAM system were further developed and standardized. A special focus was on introducing attestation processes for critical permissions to meet security and compliance requirements. In addition, "transfer" processes were implemented to automatically and traceably move permissions during role or department changes.

In the project, customer data and existing functionalities were successfully migrated to Consorsbank. In addition, a seamless integration with an external service provider was achieved. At the same time, new products were introduced and integrated into the existing system landscape.
