As part of the project, the further development of the identity management system was advanced. A thorough refactoring of the interfaces to the connected target systems was carried out. Several specialized systems were also successfully integrated into the IAM to ensure seamless identity and access management.

In the project, consulting was provided in the area of enterprise architecture with a focus on the strategic alignment of the IT landscape. In addition, tasks in requirements management were taken on, especially for the structured gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements.

As part of the project, processes for authorization assignment in the existing IAM system were further developed and standardized. A special focus was on introducing attestation processes for critical permissions to meet security and compliance requirements. The implementation of "move" processes was also realized to transfer permissions automatically and traceably during role or department changes.

In this project, customer data and existing functionalities were successfully migrated to Consors Bank. In addition, seamless integration with an external service provider was implemented. Alongside, new products were introduced and integrated into the existing system landscape.
