Creating a new internal company controlling tool by aggregating existing data into the platform and support staffing of employees on projects by easier access to all data and platform features.

• Fully responsible for the architectural design and setup of overall architecture, including technology selection, infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and logging.

• Support Product Owner creating and refining requirements and user stories.

• Coordinating different company branches for data migration.

• Set-up of the overall project and their agile structures (Scrum).

• Leadership of fully distributed team across Germany, Austria, and Slovakia.
