As a Release/License Manager, I maintain, merge, and check the compatibility of software and hardware components. This work goes hand in hand with modeling these components (using Sparx Enterprise Architect) in my role as a Solution Architect.
The Saarland launched a tender for a primary school messenger. While working at Sdui GmbH, I led and won the tender. This resulted in an app currently used by all primary schools in Saarland. The app is available in the App Store under the name “OSS Messenger”. For drafting the tender and implementing the OSS Messenger, I applied my skills in capturing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes in the public administration context and managed the development team using agile methods.
Mondo Gate AG is the first German bank licensed by BaFin to manage their customers’ cryptocurrencies. For this client, I redesigned the user interface of the account management portal and designed new features. The features were identified and modeled using the Design Thinking approach. My consulting focused on supporting project management, requirements gathering, and modeling new features with the tool “Miro”, as well as planning the configuration and release management of these new features.
For Rackow-Schulen, I took over the concept design and project management of the three-person development team. As part of the project, the existing school administration software was migrated from an MS Access implementation to a modern PHP framework (Laravel + Blade) and gradually introduced into ongoing operations, enabled by a planned configuration and release management process.

Fanbaze GmbH is an investor-backed company based in Berlin that contracted my company (Iridium Works GmbH) to design and implement their software product. Over approximately two years, I gathered product requirements (using the Design Thinking approach), set up the project (Jira), and hired and managed a six-person team responsible for developing the software.

Invertas operates as an independent insurance and financial advisor in the Frankfurt metropolitan area. To manage the commissions of employees and freelance advisors, I defined and implemented a platform with management, which maps the internal sales structure, distributes commissions over the contract period, and provides each employee with an overview. In this project, I applied my skills in agile project management, requirements engineering, and building the development team to successfully bring the project to completion.
