Lead UX

VisualVest & Union Investment

  • Lead UX for the VisualVest & Union Depot Online App in an agile Scrum team, working closely with devs and stakeholders (Technology: Flutter)
  • Changed an overloaded navigation to an intuitive and modern bottom navigation and introduced an overall transaction button with all main actions easily accessible at all times
  • Redesigned the VisualVest app and implemented accessibility improvements, improving color contrasts, clickable areas, and optimizing for screen readers in advance of upcoming requirements for accessibility
  • Conceptualized and designed a playful and innovative feature that uses animations to visualize gains and losses of users’ investment portfolios
  • Integrated a function to deposit money and share the experience with friends
  • Increased overall click rate of the deposits button by 6%
