Coordination and management of information flow: I view my work both as close collaboration with developers and end users and as an independent creative task: it covers coordinating, documenting and transforming information as well as communicating the company philosophy and presenting information in an engaging way. It encourages users to turn to the manual. The client enjoys quick successes and the manufacturer's service effort is reduced.
