I have been worked more as 25 years for Siemens Energy and the most of them as HSE - Manager in Central Function. I reported the Board of management in all HSE Topics. I supported the senior management and stuff on the manufacture locations, in projects and on construction sites of Power plants Oil &Gas industry and wind farms off & on shore worldwide. As the lead QEHS- Auditor, I supported certification at Siemens locations and carried out internal audits with my team. As part of the audits, risks and weak points in property protection were also checked at locations and construction sites “influences from within” and “influences from outside” through then staggered security concept. My freelance activities are based on my many years of experience and knowledge as an HSE manager in power plants, refineries, the chemical industry and the automotive industry.
