Technical Project Manager

Role as Technical Project Manager:

• Operational management, planning and coordination in the smart-elD project.
• Technical responsibility for the project.
• Gathering, describing and prioritizing project requirements and goals in coordination with internal and external customers.
• Coordination and control of departments involved in the projects, requesting and accepting promised IT services and partial results from responsible business units/IT, as well as planning and managing work packages, milestones, quality gates, staging concepts, automated test frameworks, etc.

• Created a holiday home exchange platform for Berlin.
• Database-driven dynamic website whose members are holiday apartment providers.
• Members enter guest requests they cannot fulfill themselves or receive requests from other members in return.
• Everything is fully automated up to billing.
• A certain number of corresponding providers automatically receive an offer.
• Those who then query the data are automatically tracked.
