My coaching and consulting approach is shaped by a systemic mindset, pragmatic solution orientation, and a focus on personal and organizational mindfulness and resilience. In interactive training sessions and workshops, I create space and time for experiential learning, collective sense-making, and focused work. In addition to my expertise as an Agile Coach and change consultant, my clients benefit from my hands-on experience in various roles in organizations across different industries, from SMEs to large corporations, as well as my background in software development and system integration.
