Summary
I’m not particularly interested in helping people “perform better” in a narrow sense. I’m interested in helping them grow – and find a way of working and living that actually fits who they are.
My Innere Haltung – my inner stance – is simple: every person is a subject with their own dignity, not a “resource” to be optimized or fixed. When we meet people from that place, their potential starts to move.
As a trainer, coach and facilitator I work on three levels:
- Self Science - Ph.D. Sandro Formica (Scienza del Sé) – supporting people to gain clarity about their needs, values, talents, beliefs and emotions, so they can make freer and more coherent choices.
- Neurobiology of potential – inspired by Dr. Gerald Hüther: creating psychological safety, belonging and relationships at eye level, so the brain can learn instead of defend itself.
- Gallone’s O.O.C.B.® communication method: seeing ourselves first, truly listening, acknowledging what is happening inside and then speaking in a clear and respectful way.
In practice this means:
- I design and deliver self-leadership, communication and soft skills programes for companies and SMEs.
- I work with tourism & hospitality organisations that want to offer an empathetic and professional guest experience.
- I support schools, vocational institutes and training providers on soft skills, life design and the well being of young people.
- I accompany individuals in moments of transition, when their current life or career path no longer matches who they are becoming.
In my sessions I combine structure, warmth and honesty. It’s not about more “tips and tricks”, but about experiences that shift something in both mind and heart. If you want to create environments where people feel seen, respected and enabled to let their potential unfold, I’d be happy to talk.
