Cross-site leadership experience across multiple levels in a matrix organization | development and implementation of project solutions in process optimizations on-site | leading project teams of about 150 employees

Extensive project experience in industrialization, production and procurement

Project Management: Head of project management division in Europe and Asia, responsible for multi-project management and new customer projects with hardware and software development, project management in ADAS and e-mobility

Production, Supply Chain: Global task force and project leadership in supply chain management, responsible for cross-plant operations projects, optimization of production relocations, process improvements, successful elimination of significant backlogs with increased service level and de-escalation on client side

Procurement: Leading procurement managers for material and services purchasing, negotiation and contract drafting, successful cost optimizations, re-negotiations and claim management

Sales & Product Management: Establishment of new sales region, support and advisory for sales companies, project management in lifecycle management, development of user stories (wholesalers and retailers)

After Sales and Service: Development and management of global service network, setup of regional service hubs, launch management responsible for new markets and regions, introduction of new products and models, digitalization of service portfolio

Change Management: Implementation of agile methods and systems, change in leadership culture, measurable efficiency improvements of approx. 20%
