The department covered 14 sites with a total of 4,500 employees. Responsibilities included training customer service agents and leaders at team and department head levels. Additionally, it was important to maintain and continuously develop the quality of our own sites and those of service providers at a high level. To achieve this, decentralized structures were created to ensure maximum autonomy. External trainers were brought in as needed. As a representative of the "Training & Quality" department, I provided regular updates to our own management and the clients' management.

His own career path took him from skilled trades through industry into the service sector, right up to Director Training in a global corporation. As a trainer and coach, he draws on his 25 years of experience as a leader in the private sector. He sees it as his task and personal goal to support people in their own development and to identify and prepare young talent in the company, for example for sales or management roles.
