Project Associate SAP HR Reporting

As a responsible and service-oriented professional with a strong affinity for IT systems, I am aiming for a position where I can contribute my solid experience in personnel administration, working with technical HR systems, as well as in HR projects and PMOs. I am passionate about working "hands-on", have advanced skills in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (comparable to key user level), and place great importance on ensuring data quality of master data and efficient HR administrative processes.

Thanks to my strong communication skills, I succeed in building and maintaining solid relationships with various stakeholders, be it management, works council, colleagues, or customers. I feel at home in both traditional corporate structures and agile project environments, enjoy diving into new topics, and continuously keep developing.
