Currently serving as Subject Matter Expert for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) support in Angola, ensuring compliant and accurate payroll processing for a complex and diverse employee population.
Led the configuration and maintenance of Angola-specific payroll elements, including wage types, PCRs, and schemas, with a focus on statutory contributions such as INSS and Lunch Allowance calculations.
Oversaw the resolution of high-impact payroll issues and data replication errors between SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP, ensuring timely payroll execution and data integrity.
Partnered with local HR and Finance stakeholders to analyze payroll requirements and implement legal updates, such as social security rate changes and retroactive payroll adjustments.
Managed end-to-end testing cycles for Angola payroll during HR Support Package upgrades, legal change notes, and system enhancements.
Provided governance and documentation for Angola payroll operations, including SOPs, functional specs, test scripts, and audit support materials.
Mentored junior consultants and coordinated with global AMS teams to drive standardization while accommodating local Angolan payroll nuances.

Working on SuccessFactors Rollout project for 105 countries and over 40 infotypes.
Handling data replication & migration for Employee data (PA & OM) and standard & custom infotypes.
Responsible for data migration, data quality, conversion methodologies and process between on-premise and SF EC.
Worked on templates for OM objects and value mapping entities.
Mexico address and compensation replication was corrected.
Configured country specific templates using BIB configuration steps. Created value mapping entities.
Greece specific infotype for social security and local language. Created templates using BIB configuration.
Configured country specific PERID and mapped the same using value mapping.
Configured and mapped region of birth other country like Brazil, Argentina, Peru using BIB.
Worked on Social security Data (Mexico) infotype 0369.
Worked on Expat (CRA) scenarios (Local to Local, Global Expat & Home-Based Expat). Prepared FS document, Test cases and carried out various tests on difference scenarios.
