Monitoring the payment behavior of corporate clients, granting credit lines based on needs and creditworthiness, and taking appropriate measures to minimize credit default risk are part of the daily tasks.

Coordinating the team's tasks and responsibilities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Continuously plan and implement process optimizations in close cooperation with the relevant product and sales teams, ensure smooth implementation, and set up appropriate KPIs.

Identify sources of errors and initiate measures to eliminate them.

Responsible for overseeing projects and supporting employees in handling complex matters.

Generate meaningful statistics and analyses and use them as a management tool.

Responsible for adhering to the cost budget based on the annual plan.

Motivate, inform and instruct employees and organize the team's workflows.
