- Leading and managing a module lead team
- Analyzing design models and comparing and aligning technical specifications
- Creating risk analyses and presentations and presenting them to decision-making bodies
- Test management, preparing, managing and approving current test cases and prioritizing them for test events
- Test planning for the different test phases
- Coordinating test phases with other departments to ensure relevant aspects in business operations
- Prioritizing the resolution of existing bugs/tickets
- Tracking and validating the quality of problem management
- Consistency checks, planning, prioritizing and sorting tickets
- Preparing/alignment of required test data
- Monitoring ALM (QC) processes and their implementation at the module level
- Collaborating with interface partners to fix issues
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with interface partners
- Coordinating tasks for handling tickets for the ML CD
- Tracking, assigning and clarifying error resolution deadlines
- Close collaboration/management of suppliers (at module level), the development department and external partners
- Planning, developing, performing and evaluating functional tests
- Conducting functional end-to-end tests
- Weekly reporting of current test/error status in management meetings
- Planning and conducting performance and load tests to ensure SOA applications meet expected performance and scalability requirements
- Developing test strategies and test plans for SOA-based applications
- Defining test objectives and criteria to ensure services meet requirements
