Senior Test Manager – Freelance Contractor

• Development and implementation of test strategies and test plans based on ISO-29119-2/3 for Porsche and Audi ISO-26262 compliant projects (functional, integration, system & regression tests).
• Leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including resource planning, coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Responsibility for defect management, root cause analyses, and process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Technical analysis of test results and creation of structured test reports and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Reviewing specifications and architecture to validate test readiness and requirement compliance.
• Controlling & monitoring test progress using appropriate metrics.
• Communicating evaluated test results as input for function approvals to function project owners.
• Practical vehicle testing, ECU flashing, and troubleshooting – on-board diagnostics and live tracing.
