Summary
A Burndown Chart isn’t a burning canvas for me and a time-box isn’t a storage for supposedly lost time. Why? Agile software development has been familiar to me for over 25 years and the role of Scrum Master for over 17 years. I have more than six years of experience as a SAFe Scrum Master in the automotive, retail, and financial services industries.
In my past projects, I successfully prepared teams for PI Plannings, facilitated events, and helped synchronize across team boundaries.
