Summary
A Burndown Chart is not a burning canvas for me, and a Time-Box is not a storage place for time thought lost. Why? Because agile software development has not been a foreign word to me for over 25 years, and Scrum Master for over 17 years.
With more than six years of experience as a SAFe Scrum Master in automotive, retail, and financial services. In my previous projects I have successfully prepared teams for PI Plannings, facilitated the events, and contributed to synchronization across team boundaries. I identified risks early, supported prioritization, and guided the creation of clear PI Objectives and feature breakdowns.
During iterations I ensure structure, transparency, and team focus by consistently running Scrum events, maintaining Jira and ART boards, and coaching to foster ownership and flow. My way of working is characterized by a high degree of self-organization, methodological strength, and confident communication with all stakeholders – even in complex, scaled environments.
As an experienced Scrum Master I bring not only solid SAFe know-how but also a keen sense for team dynamics and systemic thinking.
