Summary
A Burndown Chart isn’t a burning canvas for me and a time-box isn’t a storage for supposedly lost time. Why? Agile software development has been familiar to me for over 25 years and the role of Scrum Master for over 17 years. I have more than six years of experience as a SAFe Scrum Master in the automotive, retail, and financial services industries.
In my past projects, I successfully prepared teams for PI Plannings, facilitated events, and helped synchronize across team boundaries. I identified risks early, supported prioritization, and guided the creation of clear PI objectives and feature breakdowns. During iterations, I ensure structure, transparency, and team focus by consistently running Scrum events, maintaining Jira and ART boards, and coaching to promote ownership and flow.
My work style is marked by a high level of self-organization, methodological strength, and confident communication with all stakeholders – even in complex, scaled environments. As an experienced Scrum Master, I bring not only solid SAFe know-how but also a fine sense for team dynamics and systemic thinking.
