Funding Manager in Structural Change (19.5 hours/week)

• Managing projects from application to final report
• Creating expense and financing plans
• Controlling and ensuring compliant use of funds
• Communicating with funding bodies
• Participating in funding networks

• Taking full responsibility for managing the finances of the Institute for Structural Concrete
• Handling research projects and industry contracts
• Preparing funding requests and usage reports
• Managing research and development contracts
• Monitoring costs and managing accounts (billing, payroll accounting, and travel expense reports)
• Assisting the commercial management

Area: Renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind energy, power plant technology, geothermal energy).

• Processing applications / project approval
• Managing and overseeing about 40 ongoing research projects
• Awarding funds under the Federal Budget Code and public administrative and budget law
• Advising applicants and grant recipients on business matters
• Checking the use of funds
