Project Manager

• Act as central contact for departments from a rollout perspective
• Coordinate process adjustments and participate in process design
• Monitor agreed tool adjustments
• Participate in meetings and take minutes
• Schedule tasks within the project team
• Plan and conduct site visits
• Set up and maintain the Kanban board
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (TSE, facility management, DSO, etc.)
• Maintain deadlines
• Track replaced and legacy hardware
• Assist with issues following transition to NAC, including coordination, case recording, and solution tracking

• Implement efficiency measures and continuously review target achievement
• Develop forecasts and planning models to control cost structures in the energy sector
• Control monthly financial statements for energy costs and consumption with financial stakeholders
• Develop transparent and standardized analyses
• Interpret and identify proactive trends and problems and establish appropriate measures to avoid them

• Introduce an in-house development "Smart Extranet" connected to all SAP interfaces, defining key users and interface processes
• Prepare decision bases and implement a structured decision-making process within the program and projects
• Plan resources, optimize resource use, and resolve ad-hoc resource conflicts
• Gather trends, feedback, ideas, and requirements to develop concrete options for action
• Determine data collection methods
• Provide up-to-date, reliable project data for decision making
• Encourage information flow and communication through regular meetings among project/program members and stakeholders
• Manage current employee data regarding capacity, project allocations, and skills, and define required systems
• Monitor project progress and control dependencies affecting resources, budgets, and schedules
• Provide administrative and operational advice to project managers and teams, including conflict management, workshop moderation, and controlling

• Develop a technical service management environment focusing on digital administrative processes
• Offer electronic proof of identity, e-payment, and data exchange services

• Plan and implement fixed network projects as part of a technical migration (VPN / All IP / fiber optics)
• Manage and coordinate all instances and processes in the project
• Create project plans
• Serve as central contact in the planning and execution phases of customer projects
• Coordinate and control all activities during project implementation
• Continuously create reports on project status and progress
• Create decision templates and result presentations
• Design and moderate workshops

• Relocate collocation locations (main distributors) including dismantling and activation of old locations
• Coordinate and implement necessary activities for timely project realization
• Advise on coordination of external service providers
• Advise on controlling specialist groups involved in the project (line technology, active network planning, line purchasing, materials management)
• Ensure required relocation dates and budget control
• Migrate customer connections affected by the move
• Report regularly on project status
• Control project using the "WebOm" tool, including time and budget control, documentation of project meetings and overall project, and knowledge management
• Continuously review achievement of project/module objectives in terms of time and money
• Analyze project orders and plan project steps
• Implement risk management to assess risks

• Take on self-reliant topics and support the project manager in day-to-day business
• Assume sub-project responsibility
• Create presentations and coordinate with on-site teams
• Optimize processes, identify improvement potential, and pursue sustainable lessons learned
• Create reports and KPIs
• Plan and control sales with target/actual comparisons
• Prepare progress invoices including documentation

Configuration and documentation management:

• Implement documents in customer-specific templates and allocate document numbers
• Perform formal checks of delivered documents
• Manage documents in CMCS / customer database
• Track reviews and approval processes
• Deliver to customers and appraisers
• Create and track baselines (e.g., delivery packages)
• Track all handovers and correspondence with customers, suppliers, and appraisers
• Provide feedback to authors on necessary changes
• Manage configuration for all types of documents, maintain DOP and plan base lists, update project indices after chorus, and duplicate inventory documents (PT1)
