Process on which I have worked on:
Smart meter installation and commissioning in SAP, MDMS (OSISoft, Meterflow) and head end (Logica, Trilliant, DCC) after job completion on the customer site.
Register configuration in head end and MDMS and meter reading expiration if no meter reading available in MDMS.
Configure and implement SAP event management for not responding meters, alarm and alert for firmware deployment.
Identifying smart meter communication issue between SAP, MDMS and head end.
If issue unable to rectify then update meter as uncommissioned in SAP and allow manual meter upload and download for billing.
Worked in MDUS migration project from OSISoft to Meterflow.
Designed all SAP AMI web service for Meterflow as Meterflow is the custom solution.
Worked in Head migration project DCC migration design solution and worked on data migration from existing head end to new head end (DCC).
Worked on pre-payment meter top-up process and data update in VMS (vendor management system).

OSISoft MDUS unable to provide support for the growing customer volume because of this Centrica decided to move to another MDUS (AMT Sybex).
I have involved in end to end replacement phase, which included understand and gather requirement from business team, attending meeting with business team and provide them updates.
Mapped new requirement like cross meter functionality, removal of technical model creation which update from head end after installing meter.
Configured DCC meter creation process from scratch.

Logical conversion is the process to convert existing meters to smart meters.
We need to identify the changes/impact that are required in SAP system to build required functionality.
My role is to identify the programs, and code that need to include in those programs for desire functionality.
Australian energy market is de-regulated market, where all the modification and changes need to communicate to energy market, retailer/partner, MDMS, MMS systems.
I am also involved to identify the modification in the SAP programs.
I am also part testing team after completion of development.
I helped testing team to prepare test data for end to end/regression testing of smart meter capability.
