Matt D. Wieland is an International Manager, Senior Business Coach and Corporate Facilitator with more than 25 years of professional experience.

He is a highly skilled communicator and motivator experienced in dealing with the Corporate and the Educational Sectors on all management levels.

Matt has been managing plant operations and has been involved in strategic corporate business development and large-scale project management for many years.

He has successfully directed manufacturing operations with focus on lean production systems and continuous improvement efforts in operations, logistics and supply-chain management (both for product development, ramp-up and mass production processes).

In terms of organizational development he is very well versed in establishing empowered self-directed work teams in production environments, in particular in Asian-based settings as a foundation for sustained growth. At the same time he has developed and conducted courses in the manufacturing and R&D sectors as an integral part of high performance and productivity programs.
