Senior Product Manager

Development and expansion of the drivers' app system, including the mobile app (frontend), system infrastructure (backend), and required interfaces to the various Wiener Linien core systems.

• Project management of 46 local and global UniCredit initiatives using the waterfall method (HP PPM) in requirements engineering, analysis/design phases, and the agile method (Jira-Kanban/Scrum) in software development phases, quality assurance/testing, release management, and software bug fixing
• Use of state-of-the-art solutions like cloud technology (MS Azure) in OCR service integration projects (2019, 2020, 2023)
• Run-the-bank, compliance & regulatory, and security & IT infrastructure initiatives with a focus on digital transformation categories
• Tactical planning optimization and strategic support for global initiatives
• Service delivery and security, as well as service availability and support (incident/problem/change/release and configuration management)
• Portfolio management of 8 applications: financial/vendor management, service availability/support management, solution delivery, and security
• Setup of a central repository system for internal (core banking) and external (channels) application systems
• Preprocessing and archiving of European (SEPA) and international/domestic (non-SEPA) payment data formats
• Project management for the modernization of system infrastructure (digital transformation)
• Setup of a web-based online payment documentation system including function and service catalog
• Project and portfolio management for the modernization of the Bank Austria payment system as part of a UniCredit group solution

• Introduction and integration of marketing initiatives (static and dynamic advertising) into the self-service platform, and implementation of interfaces to analytical (Teradata) and operational (Marketing Manager) CRM systems and other processing systems (multi-channeling)
• Modernization, further development, and optimization of payment infrastructure, systems, applications, and operational processes
• Use of multifunction voucher scanner-account statement printers on a platform-independent WSDL–XML basis (Wincor Nixdorf)
• Decentralized scanning in branches and back-office operations (Reiner, Schifer)
• Voucher processing system with automatic adjustment, correction, amount matching, and signature verification, as well as interfaces to front/back office applications/services and back-end booking and archiving systems (Navensis, BancTec, SoftPro)
• Integrated document management system for automatic classification of various documents and forwarding for processing in third-party systems (Navensis, BancTec)
• End-to-end monitoring and supervision of clients for various products
• Short- and long-term archiving systems for account statement creation and audit-proof data storage (IBM)
• Intranet/internet query and complaint management system with interface to easyBank's eBanking system (Active Solution)
• SEPA introduction: business logic, document types, and processing rules in payment and voucher processing systems (Navensis, Schifer)
• SWIFT infrastructure modernization, outsourcing of infrastructure, operations, and services, and connecting the service desk to internal routing and third-party systems (Vocalink, BBP)
• Modernization and further development of Western Union infrastructure, operations, and services, payment processing, and reconciliation (Western Union, Unisys)

• Multi-project management of internal and external software projects
• Reengineering internal software products, building and structuring an IT framework
• Defining and introducing workflow standards
• Designing and planning to standardize complex components
• Client/server architecture design and corporate design of web applications
• Re-/engineering development processes (requirements management, development, configuration/change management, rollout)
• Reorganizing IT and marketing projects and establishing workflow standards
• Personnel and staff management as well as service-oriented restructuring and reorganization of IT development teams

• Defining, analyzing and designing software development projects as well as managing, implementing and training
• Developing and deploying a company intranet portal including a content management system
• Modernizing and further developing the financial tech product for ASFINAG
• Developing an internet/intranet application for the internal administration of operating instructions for ÖBB
• Developing the new Austrian telephone directory, roaming system and preselection system for Telekom Austria

• Modernization and redevelopment of the hospital information system KIS for the Austrian public service (KAV-ADV)
