I learned the craft of communication from the ground up at the University of Leipzig before working for over ten years as a communicator in agencies and medium-sized companies. I know all relevant communication channels and methods and when to use them. Combined with the HR departments' expertise, this is the recipe for successful employer branding.
Right from my first job at the agency wbpr, I was the project manager for employer branding and developed employer brands for mid-sized companies. Later, as Head of Communications at Trendence, the market research institute for employer branding, I not only organized the Employer Branding Awards and got to know the projects of top employers, but I also worked daily with the representative data on the job market from Trendence research. Because of that, I know exactly what candidates want and how they like to communicate.
Today, I'm a freelance employer branding consultant for the mid-market and a pioneer of successful employer brands. Many SMEs are hardly known as attractive employers. I want to change that. I know how to present their strengths so the right candidates apply and stay. In doing so, I help ensure that the mid-market remains the backbone of our economy.
